JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop effective monetization strategies for our key apps, focusing on advertisements, subscriptions, and non-recurring payments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these strategies and drive revenue and profit growth.
Gain a deep understanding of our users, business models, and games to identify tactics for increasing revenue.
Utilize data to inform pricing strategies, optimize game economies, and enhance ad operations.
Lead and develop a team to scale these strategies across products.
Selecting appropriate ad network types (e.g., Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded Video, Native Ads, App Open Ads) that align with user flow
Designing ad placement flow
Conducting A/B testing
Testing in-app purchase paywalls

JOB REQUIREMENT

2+ years of experience in monetization or product management, with a background in gaming/apps or other end-to-customer technology companies.
Deep understanding of the mobile apps/games market and monetization strategies in hybrid apps, with a strong interest in apps.
Proficient in managing data using business intelligence tools and a solid grasp of AB testing and hypothesis testing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with the advertising ecosystem is advantageous.
