Product Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working closely with the design team to improve UX-UI of mobile and web applications. Ensure excellent User Experience journey on products.
Business and product analysis, Product value delivery strategy, and Product vision communication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs.
Work closely with the business team to define product roadmap.
Act as Product Owner to execute the product strategy of a Scrum team.
Create and communicate the product backlog and keep it well organized. Maintain it updated and by collaborating with the Scrum team keep it groomed to allow the team estimations (ensure that backlog keeps DEEP property).
Participate in training sessions: product planning, Sprint planning.
Prepare and participate in Groomings with the team.
Participate in the Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
Collaborate with the development team and be able to attend their question in a short time.
Project management: by playing as project manager with Scope/ time/ quality/ budget/ resource/ risk issue, manage stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 4 years of experience as Product Owner with highly developed Technical Analysis skills.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes, etc;
Hands-on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Designer, Development team, etc.
A strong track record of solving complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that address problem areas and deliver them through to benefit realization.
Excellent presentation, communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
Strong communication, and negotiation skills (both Vietnamese and English)
Experience with Agile methodology, especially Scrum model.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science or related areas.
