We're hiring a Project Manager to own the end-to-end success of our customer engagements - from first technical workshop through production deployment and expansion. Translate customer business goals into clear problem statements, solution scopes, and milestone plans that FDEs can execute against. Partner with FDEs on solution design - making trade-offs on scope, timeline, and architectural complexity to maximize business impact. Run workshops, design sessions, and milestone reviews with customer engineering and domain teams. Track project health (scope, schedule, risks, blockers) and proactively course-correct before issues escalate. Drive adoption: equip customer teams with training, documentation, and the operating cadence needed to use our platform independently.
