JOB DESCRIPTION

You are an experienced Product Owner who can come into an exciting fast growing startup company to work hard with us to make something truly special.
You will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product's features.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
Write User Stories and ensure they meet the acceptance criteria. Make sure that every business rule is covered, and the functionality is aligned with business priorities
Organizing the Product Backlog based on the priority and effort
Prioritizes work during the sprint planning meeting and motivates the team with clear goals, answering any questions.
Assisting with testing, by writing acceptance criteria and confirming test case results
Discuss the technical implementation for the idea with the development team to test its feasibility
Preparing documents like wireframes, design flow, UI, etc., as and when required.
Collaborates with Product Manager and other stakeholders to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role 
Experience leading and executing within an Agile project methodology
Expert in using Project Management system, experience in understanding and articulating customer requirements
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Advanced technical skills and ability to understand code
Excellent documentation skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A track record of following through on commitments
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
