Oversee the Health, Safety, and Well-being framework to promote a safe and healthy workplace environment. Manage People Systems strategically to support organizational objectives. Lead process automation initiatives to streamline P&C operations and improve service delivery. Manage immigration/mobility services for expatriate colleagues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
