Senior Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective
Building tech product at global scale for one of the top consumer finance corporations in the world and transforming digital finance experiences for dozens of millions Vietnamese.
Key responsibilities/duties 
Overall responsible for growing online business across platforms (app/web, majority will be mobile app);
Lead PMs to work on customer-centric, data-driven roadmap & features for digital platforms, including
Self-service / card services / BNPL self-service
360 engagement
Loyalty & rewards
Gamification
Other Retention / Stickiness
Responsible for online initiated sales KPI;
Work with all relevant stakeholders to explore and driving new online business models on GMA platform;
Work with internal analysts, UX researcher, local stakeholders and GMA HQ leaders for building & maintaining unified roadmap for GMA, ensure VN business and user goals will be realized.

JOB REQUIREMENT

PO or Business/ Growth Strategy background with digital product management experiences;
5+ year working experience with at least 2 years at leadership/ management level;
Deep understanding of finance / banking product, process, business model, operations and systems;
Experienced working as business owner, driving e2e product, process and digital solutions;
Experienced working for mobile application;
Strong leadership experiences;
Good communication in both Viet & English.
