Product Owner (New Features Integration)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Full development cycle of new interactive learning features and AI-facilitated components to be integrated into Our Client's learning platform (webview & native app)
Closely working with cross-functional stakeholders: academic, engineering, design, project manager, etc. to gather all necessary requirements and create impactful product solutions.
Sketching/designing product prototypes, writing PRD and keeping good track of weekly/monthly deliverables
Gaining in-depth understanding and valid insights into our users unmet needs and pain points by regularly speaking to and testing out our MVP product/features directly with them.
Identifying and working with external partners and third parties where applicable.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of product management experience and track records in product management, project management, preferably online platform model & mobile app products on the client side (in-house product)
Strong in stakeholders management and hands-on experience in requirements gathering, prioritizing, working on decent PRDs, product backlogs and getting things done on time and to perfection.
Having great interest and familiarity with interactive learning or game-based product development (gamification/game-based/quizzes) is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of UI/UX is a PLUS.
Great communication and interpersonal skills to successfully work with cross-functional teams in both English and Vietnamese.
On your personality:
Proactive, confident and eager to ask questions and explore new things.
Always curious to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product solutions, industry trends and best practices of other players in the market.
You are comfortable with changes (and sometimes, uncertainties) in an open-minded environment.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

Annual leave: 12 days, plus 1 day with 3 years seniority
Social insurance, PIT: our Client will cover - 100% NET salary
Lunch allowance: ~700k VND/month
Accommodation allowance: 5% net salary/month (pay in the end of each year)
Phone allowance: phone card 500K/month
