Product Quality Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for across web, API platform, desktop and mobile platforms
Build automated test suites and Auto QA agents across continuous releases, model updates, and API integrations
Own build and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring product runs across all major operating systems: Windows, MacOS and Linux
Ensure compatibility between web clients and various server node versions, testing upgrade paths and backwards compatibility
Validate resource management and performance optimizations when running models across different hardware configurations, including with GPU acceleration
Live in our Discord community and GitHub Issues: transform community feedback into actionable test cases
Own release cycles, triage bugs, and sound the alarm
Create documentation that actually helps users solve problems

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Devops, Software Engineer, QA Automations, or in a similar technical role
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, etc.
Understanding of LLM behavior, common failure modes, and conversational/agentic AI testing
Experience with GitHub Issues, CI/CD workflows, and modern development toolchains
Outstanding written communication for both technical documentation and community interaction
Bonus Experience
Active contributor to open-source projects or community management experience
Battle-tested QA experience: of a live product with >1mn users, and dealing with bugs and complaints
