ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a leading research company specializing in technology innovation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement thorough testing strategies across web, API platform, desktop, and mobile platforms
Create automated test suites and Auto QA agents for continuous releases, model updates, and API integrations
Manage build and CI/CD pipelines to ensure product functionality across major operating systems
Verify compatibility between web clients and different server node versions, including upgrade paths and backwards compatibility testing
Validate resource management and performance optimizations across various hardware configurations, including GPU acceleration
Engage in the Discord community and GitHub Issues to translate feedback into practical test cases
Oversee release cycles, prioritize bugs, and provide timely alerts
Generate user-friendly documentation to help users resolve issues

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of experience in roles such as DevOps, Software Engineer, QA Automations, or similar technical positions
Thorough comprehension of software development life cycles and testing methods
Familiarity with various test automation frameworks like Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, etc.
Understanding of LLM behavior, common failure modes, and conversational/agentic AI testing
Proficiency in utilizing GitHub Issues, CI/CD workflows, and modern development toolchains
Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation and community interaction
Actively involved in open-source projects or experienced in community management
Substantial QA experience: working with a live product with over 1 million users and handling bugs and complaints
