Description
As a member of the Program Management team, reporting to the Senior Director of Program Management, the Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross functional teams (Product Management, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, Security) to build project schedules and plans, and executing on those plans to deliver on the goals & objectives of the company. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a solid background in large-scale enterprise software development utilizing agile methodologies. They will be able to leverage their experience by applying sound critical thinking and judgment to a broad set of operational challenges associated with running large-scale, geographically distributed projects, programs and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Along with the stakeholders and senior management decision-makers, align organizational goals and objectives with engineering programs, projects and teams
Work closely with:
Product Management, Product Owners, Architects and Designers to ensure requirements are understood and developed into a solution architecture and design for the product
Development team leaders to ensure work is sized and scheduled into a realistic program/project plan
Development teams and program management peers to coordinating meetings, driving appropriate decisions to ensure product components are delivered into the program per plan
Proactively identify, remediate, communicate, or escalate technical and program risks
Provide regular visibility (written and verbal) into end-to-end program status and metrics - turn data into insights with supporting conclusions and recommendations
Keep lines of communication open among all project stakeholders - aid the stakeholders in managing technical and program changes
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives

JOB REQUIREMENT

What You Bring:
The successful candidate will have a passion for quality & excellence and will promote the same from their project teams. They will demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide the team(s) to deliver innovative solutions. They will be a strong proponent of bridging knowledge between groups throughout the organization.
5+ years of project/program management/scrum master experience with enterprise software companies demonstrating solid knowledge & experience of agile project management methodologies
SDLC experience with agile program management methodologies particularly SCRUM, and/or SAFe for SaaS applications
A passion for delivery and customer satisfaction, driven by the ability to see the "big picture"
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills including the ability to earn the trust of stakeholders and senior management – ability to negotiate priorities with outside teams
Courage, inclusiveness, and pragmaticism, leveraging servant leadership techniques to influence and inspire others in a matrixed environment to accomplish program objectives
Ability to handle stressful situations with a level-headed approach, and to effectively leverage and balance the workload of available resources
Experience with Program/Portfolio management toolsets (JIRA/Portfolio/Confluence)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
Optional Knowledge & Experience
PMP certification is an asset
Enterprise software development experience – (e.g. software development, testing, and/or support functions, etc…)

Defining and evolving the technical architecture: modular design, REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and data flows. Driving the roadmap for the cloud transformation - moving the ERP step by step from virtual machines onto Linux and Docker. Owning the roadmap for test automation, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), observability, and operational reliability. Evaluating and adopting AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate team productivity. Championing secure-by-design practices and maintainable, high-quality code across the entire stack. Hands-on incident response and on-call escalation support together with the team.
