Program Manager, Sale Ops Team

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Program Manager with a passion for impact creation to help bring leading technologies to the palms of millions of Vietnamese. You will work directly with our Chief Data Officer to help plan and oversee the Digital Transformation process of the company.
Responsibilities
Manage the work for an Agile team of 13, own the team backlog and delegate tasks to team members of Business Analysts, Software Engineers and QA/QC.
Work with internal stake holders (Sales and Accounting), understand their business operations and pain points- Partnership with head of departments to understand business operational strategies, long-term and short-term sales strategies, provide technological solutions to enable such strategies
Analyze and identify optimization opportunities, and propose technological solutions to increase sales productivity, agility and performance. These will be your team's main OKR.
Maintain existing and develop new in-house back-office systems for sales and accounting, and related ERP components
Develop and execute a winning roadmap for digital transformation that leads to operational excellence for the company
Mentor and coach the Business Analysts in the team to develop them both technically and professionally, they will be your direct reports.

JOB REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required
Graduated with a degree in Information Systems is preferred, related degrees are also welcomed
Very detail oriented
Excellence communications with high-level executives
Excellence project management skills, related certifications are a big plus (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.)
Leadership and management skills
