JOB DESCRIPTION

ロードマップとエピックから開発スケジュールの作成
1-2週間の開発スプリント計画の作成と遂行、並びに結果の報告
バックログのタスクの「完了条件」を定義し、各スプリントのチケットを作成
関係者からの問い合わせやシステムのインシデントへの一次対応
SWEs, PdM, Customer Support など含む全プロジェクト関係者との関係構築
KPIを定義し、開発生産性やオペレーションの改善

JOB REQUIREMENT

Basic Qualification
N2相当以上の流暢な日本語スキル
CEFR B1, IELTS 5.5程度以上の英語スキル(開発チームの共通言語は英語です)
ビジネス要件からシステムの仕様を定義する、または説明する能力
ClickUp, Jira などのツールを使用した、2週間以上にわたるタスクとスケジュール管理経験
Notion, Google Docs, スプレッドシートなどのツールを使用したドキュメント作成スキル
BizDev, SWEs, PdMとのタスクの優先度付け
厳格なスケジュール管理能力
Preferred Experience
KPI設定による開発チームの生産性の可視化やプロダクトの効果測定とその改善
Conversion Rate, Retention Rateなどのリリース後のプロダクトの各種KPIのモニタリング
アジャイルスクラムマスター
SWE、UI/UXデザイナーなどの経験
SQLを使ったデータ分析やテーブル定義
ジュニアプロジェクトマネジャー、ITコミュニケーターなどのメンタリング経験
