Track project performance and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope. #Development Team Support Lead the definition of project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility. Delegate project tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise. Conduct risk management to proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks. Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs. The Product Owner is responsible for representing the customer's voice and providing the vision and roadmap for the Merchant services experience. They work closely with the Head of and Product consultant to prioritize the squad backlog. They contribute to and lead the discovery and delivery of new initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and regulatory requirements, balanced with technical do-ability and risk assessment. The Product Owner keeps the team focused on the highest priority work and collaborates with stakeholders to streamline work for the team within their sprint velocity. They fulfill the role of a trusted servant leader for their squad, supporting members to understand the squad mission, fostering accountability for the work, and collectively delivering on commitments. Strong communication and ability to influence others are utilized when coordinating and engaging with stakeholders and teams to achieve desired outcomes. The Product Owner represents the voice of the Customer and Colleague when developing the product roadmap and prioritizing based on realistic outcomes and impact, challenging the status quo. They are responsible for managing stakeholders on behalf of the squad and providing transparency and visibility required for all parties involved.
