Project Manager (Infras - Migration experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, managing expectations throughout the migration process.
Global Coordination: Collaborate with and align 24 different teams across multiple geographies.
Release Management: Coordinate releases and ensure smooth transitions during migration activities.
Customer Experience: Enhance internal customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless migration journey.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Skills in infrastructure management, cloud solution implementation (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), storage, and backup systems required.
Experience with platform migration including Active directory, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, GCP Cloud, DLP (VeeaM / Commvault /etc..), Kubernetes, Network (Cisco / Paolo alto / Fortinet / etc..), Storage (Netapp / EMC / Cloud storage), Virtualisation, Physical to virtual migration, and Virtual to cloud migration.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience is required.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days working in the office and flexible hours.
Salary is negotiable based on candidate expectations.
Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves annually, which includes 12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves.
The insurance plan includes coverage based on full salary, a 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses.
A monthly meal allowance of 730,000 VND is provided.
Employees receive 100% full salary and benefits from the start of employment.
Medical benefits are extended to the employee and their family.
The work environment is fast-paced, flexible, and multicultural with opportunities for travel to 49 countries.
The company provides complimentary snacks, refreshments, and parking facilities.
Internal training programs covering technical, functional, and English language skills are offered.
The regular working hours are from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM on Mondays to Fridays, inclusive of meal breaks.
