Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop & manage release plan, prepare delivery plan at each milestone to ensure reach delivery commitment
Support & Collaborate with Delivery Team to plan and oversee the status of the projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within granted scope & cost, and reached aligned quality
Support Delivery Team to align the business goal & objectives of project
Work with delivery team to organize project backlogs
Monitor and keep update project risk mitigation plan
Monitor project workload & manage project cost
Co-operate with stakeholders in monitor progress, update delivery status & keep stakeholders informed the entire way
Collaborate with client to manage changes and handle projects issues (if any) 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Have 2+ years of experience in managing projects or related roles
Have experience as Agile player
Have theoretical and practical project management knowledge
Have effective communication in both Vietnamese & English
Be skilled in crtitical thinking & problem solving
Be open-minded & adaptable
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced culture and bring a “can do” attitude.
