JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager/Coordinator will serve as the main contact point for day-to-day project management and execution of The Company's new digital product development.
Be the main contact point of the product team and key stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure the actionable information and requirement flow is well planned and aligned.
Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide the best and up-to-date solution, ensuring product deliverables quality and all deadlines are met throughout the whole project life cycle.
Direct report: Senior Product Development Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in project management and digital/software product development on the client side (in-house product).
Demonstrated solid experience in leading complex projects to successfully ship digital products on time and to perfection.
Experienced in Agile methodologies & other product development methodologies and strategic frameworks.
Strong experience in product backlogs, PRD (product requirement docs) management and highly capable of prioritization to maintain a good balance between business value and technical complexity for the product development cycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or Project Management related fields.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organizational, planning and time management skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
PMP and Scrum Master certificates are highly preferred.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

Annual leave: 12 days, plus 1 day with 3 years seniority

Finance & Administration Manager

#Accounting, Tax & Financial Reporting (Quality & Accuracy Focused): (50% SOW) Lead monthly and annual closing in compliance with VAS with zero tolerance for errors. Prepare financial reports for Japan HQ, ensuring clear logic, variance analysis, and alignment with group governance standards. Review and validate all work output from the accounting staff (including tax filings: CIT, VAT, PIT) before submission to authorities or HQ. You are the final gatekeeper for accuracy. Serve as the primary representative for negotiations with banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Manage these relationships with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to prevent conflicts and protect the company's reputation. Directly supervise and mentor the existing Accounting staff.#General Administration & Office Management: (40% SOW) Oversee the Administration team, ensuring smooth operations of both Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi offices. Facility Management: Manage office environment, lease agreements, and renovations to ensure a productive workspace. Ensure legal compliance in administrative matters and support the CEO in corporate governance tasks. Drive cost optimization initiatives across office operations. Engineering Manager
