Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead key initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and operations to create a viable software-hardware platform for Company
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans with specific milestones, pre-defined key results, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product goals are met.
Perform risk management and change management on projects
Drive internal process improvements, bridging gaps across multiple teams and ensuring teams are working on high-impact projects that align with company mission and goals
Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical knowledge and/or experience in Wearable, Healthcare, Smart-Soft Goods.
At least 5 years of experience with project management, production line management.
Experience in delivering products from inception to actual product that serves customers' needs.
Demonstrated management skills (including time management, resource management, and more)
Excellent organizational, coordinating, and multi-tasking skills
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
International product launch experience (optional).

Develop and manage the product roadmap for the Company Platform and associated software infrastructure in collaboration with engineering leads. Collaborate with autonomy, locomotion, and simulation teams to understand their tooling needs and incorporate them into platform product decisions. Establish and monitor developer experience metrics for internal teams utilizing the Company Platform, and implement enhancements based on usage and feedback. Collaborate with research engineers and infrastructure teams to determine, prioritize, and deliver software capabilities that facilitate quicker iteration on robot behavior. Establish product documentation, release processes, and internal communication frameworks as the platform matures and the team expands. Interface with external partners and customers utilizing the Company Platform to gather requirements and validate product direction.
