Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese.
Support leaders and development team in communication efforts, fostering effective interactions within the project.
Assist leaders in planning, executing, and managing projects
Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration.
Create and maintain project documents and reports
Facilitate project meetings
Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements
Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as Comtor or similar roles (excluding freelance work)
Korean: TOPIK 5+
English: Business English
Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean
Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement
Proactive, positive, and responsible attitude
Nice to have:
Experience working as Project Manager or Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
Experience working with Korean Clients.
