JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning and prioritizing deliverables and resources across multiple projects involving creative, strategy, and tech teams to produce outstanding digital products.
Emphasizing goals and solutions for projects of various scales.
Acting as the primary point of contact for delivery across various workstreams while staying updated on daily project activities.
Collaborating closely with team members from all disciplines.
Utilizing programs like Asana, Jira, and Coda.
Interfacing with stakeholders as a project manager and cultivating strong relationships.
Communicating project statuses internally and externally.
Being prepared to meet deliverable requirements, evaluate change and risk management, and frequently oversee numerous digital campaign projects.
Ensuring that all project timelines are established and communicated to meet expected launch dates for all projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

You have a proven track record of overseeing multiple interactive projects, guiding them through discovery, design, technical development, and successful implementation.
Able to ensure the project team is meeting the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, as well as championing the quality and integrity of the end result.
Monitoring project risks to foresee and identify potential problems, then proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
Identifying needs that stakeholders may not recognize and ensuring approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
Managing stakeholders' expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and soliciting and acting on stakeholders' feedback.
Communicating and documenting project status and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and team members, escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
Proactively identifying opportunities, delivering improvements, and following project management methodologies and processes.
Background in projects where agile methodologies are a must.
Experience with team management, task allocation, and prioritization experience.
Maintaining and securing project resources in a timely manner; guaranteeing a well-consolidated resource pool.
At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
Strong English spoken and written communication skills.
