Our client is a leading provider of data protection and site recovery solutions for virtualized environments

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee international product development teams, including developers, testers, and product managers to ensure alignment with business requirements and company objectives.
Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
Facilitate transparent communication through organizing and leading meetings between management and development teams.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and quality indexes.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, track, and resolve any project issues that may arise.
Measure and report project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Significant project management experience in the IT/Software industry (at least 5 years)
Proficiency in traditional SDLC, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with other methodologies
Previous experience in people and resource management for a medium-sized organization
Demonstrated expertise in scope definition, project estimation, quality management, resource management, and/or risk management
Strong knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to effectively present and report project status to high-level management
Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed development teams
Ability to promptly and efficiently adapt to project adjustments and alterations
Advanced English skills
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, advanced degree preferred, or equivalent
TOEIC 800+ or equivalent
Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, communicative, proactive, and assertive attitude
Technical proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, C/C++, VMware, Hyper-V, AWS EC2, Odoo, etc.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SVN, TeamCity.
