JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the entire customer engagement process across multiple accounts, including discovery, scoping, planning, execution, validation, and expansion.
Translate customer business goals into clear problem statements, solution scopes, and milestone plans for FDEs to implement.
Collaborate with FDEs on solution design, making necessary trade-offs to maximize the business impact.
Conduct workshops, design sessions, and milestone reviews with customer engineering and domain teams.
Monitor project health and take proactive measures to resolve issues before they escalate.
Drive adoption by providing customers with training, documentation, and the necessary resources to independently use our platform.
Identify platform gaps, customer patterns, and expansion opportunities for product and leadership teams.
Develop standardized engagement playbooks, templates, and best practices that can be applied across various accounts.

JOB REQUIREMENT

5-8 years in a customer-facing role in a technical field such as AI or ML
Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager with project ownership
Proven ability to lead complex AI or software implementations in enterprise environments
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to lead technical conversations
Strong project management skills including scoping, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfort working with ambiguity and managing multiple concurrent accounts
Nice to have: exposure to industrial AI and understanding of operational/domain constraints, hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, or cloud platforms.
Experience growing accounts and background in startups or fast-moving technical environments.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field is a plus.
A strategic operator who can manage customer relationships, project plans, and technical context.
Comfortable in CTO conversations, sprint reviews, and deployment troubleshooting sessions.
Able to build repeatable systems and remain calm under ambiguity.
