JOB DESCRIPTION

You have project management skills, 4 years of experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban environments, you’re technically savvy and have a good grasp on critical thinking and design thinking? WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM!
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and team resources.
Coordinate the Team - You will communicate with different people on our team (developers, business, designers, etc.) to ensure that roadblocks are removed and issues are closed quickly
Ensure quality - Ensuring we have the right level of scope and coverage per epic and regression failures are protected against together with the QA team
Continuous Improvement - Identifying and driving areas where the team and process can improve the way we deliver on high-quality release
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or relevant position in Software Development
Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project management
Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Practical knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
