JOB DESCRIPTION

Take charge and oversee IT projects from start to end, guaranteeing delivery within the set parameters of scope, time, and budget
Act as a Scrum Master for numerous teams, guiding Agile rituals and encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices
Work with stakeholders to precisely outline project scope, goals, and results, ensuring they align with business objectives
Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, encompassing schedules, milestones, and resource allotments
Supervise project advancement, proactively recognizing and tackling risks and challenges to guarantee project triumph
Encourage effective communication and cooperation across different teams and stakeholders
Offer routine project updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders and top management
Ensure strict compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
Advocate for continual improvement endeavors to improve project delivery processes and team performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly preferred
A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies, preferably within IT or banking
Track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results
Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of inspiring and developing project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent is expected
Extensive experience in digital banking or financial services projects
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and related technologies
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Banking domain knowledge is a plus
