JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning of development schedule from roadmap and epics
Creation and execution of 1-2 week development sprint plan, as well as reporting on results
Definition of "completion criteria" for backlog tasks and creation of tickets for each sprint
Initial response to inquiries from stakeholders and system incidents
Building relationships with all project stakeholders including SWEs, PdM, Customer Support, etc.
Defining KPIs and improving development productivity and operations

JOB REQUIREMENT

Fluent Japanese language skills equivalent to N2 level
English language skills equivalent to CEFR B1 level or IELTS 5.5 (as English is the common language in the development team)
Ability to define or explain system specifications from business requirements
Experience in task and schedule management for at least two weeks using tools like ClickUp and Jira
Document creation skills using tools such as Notion, Google Docs, and spreadsheets
Prioritizing tasks with BizDev, SWEs, and PdM
Strong schedule management skills
Visualizing the productivity of the development team and measuring and improving product effectiveness through KPI setting
Monitoring various KPIs of post-release products such as Conversion Rate and Retention Rate
Agile Scrum Master
Experience in roles such as SWE, UI/UX Designer
Data analysis and table definition using SQL
Mentoring experience in roles like Junior Project Manager, IT Communicator
Ability to identify and solve team and user issues
Preference for cooperation with project team members and teamwork
Interest in learning and applying new technologies
