JOB DESCRIPTION

An accomplished and highly experienced Project Manager is being sought to play a pivotal role in managing project delivery and leading project teams to implement IT solutions that meet strategic objectives.
Manage IT projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote the adoption of Agile best practices as a Scrum Master for multiple teams
Clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
Proactively identify and address risks and issues to ensure project success while monitoring project progress
Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Provide regular project status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure strict adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
PMP certification preferred
7+ years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies, particularly within IT or banking
Proficiency in Thai and English communication
Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in digital banking or financial services projects
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and associated technologies
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Banking domain knowledge is a plus
