Python Software Architect

Maintain or implement new application features for our Python-based microservices and/or Legacy Django systems;

Ensure code quality and development practices are followed, code written by you and your team adheres to standards for accessibility, scalability, usability, security, and performance;

Provide technical mentorship and assistance to other developers. You will review code written by your team as well as be a role-model developer to the team members;

Participate in Scrum ceremonies with onshore and offshore teams;

Lead, with architects, technical design discussions;

Collaborate with cross-functional team members, management team and customers.

Upper-Intermediate level in English communication skills

Likely having 3+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability

Deep knowledge and experience of project technologies and lead 5+ member teams effectively

Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and customers

Ability to independently manage time and priorities while meeting deadlines

Sharp troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical abilities

Proficient in Python

Strong experience in working with SQL and database design; PostgreSQL experience preferred

Experienced in working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experienced in Web application/SaaS development

Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)

Experienced with Django framework

Experienced with Python data processing

Experienced with Microservices
