JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for complete manual QA of web, mobile, and payment processes including functionality, integration, regression, exploratory testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop risk-based testing strategies for releases, including scoping, estimating, preparing test data, defining entry and exit criteria.
Ensure seamless end-to-end flows across frontend, backend, and integrations with third-party systems, covering multiple countries, currencies, and payment methods.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, verifying payment lifecycle and handling of failures such as refunds, settlements, retries, idempotency, and webhooks.
Manage defect reporting and triage, communicate quality status and risks effectively, and make evidence-based decisions on whether to proceed with releases.
Enhance regression testing coverage and QA processes, fostering close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience for mid-level and 5+ years for senior-level positions in software testing for web, mobile, and API platforms.
Proficiency in English communication at B2 level or above.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of end-to-end quality assurance for complex features/releases, along with defining risk-based test strategies and release readiness criteria.
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, including authorization, environments, assertions, and creating reusable collections.
Strong understanding of web fundamentals such as HTTP, status codes, sessions, cookies, dev tools, and network troubleshooting for front-end, back-end, API, and database integrations.
Proficient in bug reporting and triaging with clear reproducible steps, severity/priority classification, impact assessment, and supporting evidence like logs, screenshots, or videos.
Nice to Have:
Experience in testing fintech, payment, or other data-sensitive products.
Familiarity with AI feature testing including regression testing, evaluation, safety, and model/version comparison.
Knowledge of using AI for test planning, release-risk summaries, and bug triaging.
Automation experience in UI and/or API testing.
Additional testing expertise in areas like KYC, authentication, notifications, performance, accessibility, security, monitoring, observability, and PCI compliance.
