JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and manage automation test scripts using tools such as Playwright with Typescript, Katalon Studio with Groovy
Conduct API service testing with Rest API using Playwright/ Katalon Studio testing tool
Execute API performance testing scenarios using JMeter
Utilize various tools including SQL, MongoDB, Atlast MongoBD, CI/CD Jenkins, Docker, AzureDevOps, AWS, and TestOps
Record and maintain source code in GitHub for automation scripts
Participate in team meetings and contribute to understanding test objectives and providing input on testability of requirements
Design test cases, write automation scripts, and performance test scripts using JMeter
Engage with project team, PO, and QA Manager/Lead to comprehend project objectives, releasing cycle, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, and troubleshoot issues
Maintain and troubleshoot automation test scripts, and report issues to defect management system
Participate in project meetings to discuss and agree on automation testing approach
Conduct manual testing
Report defects/bugs into defect tracking management tools like Jira
Collaborate with the Agile team to provide testing results for User Stories and approve for the US to move to the next environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Automation testing using TDD/ATDD and BDD approach.
Basic understanding of test methods and processes.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Groovy.
Proficiency in at least one Automation Testing Tool like Playwright, Katalon Studio, Test Complete, UFT/LeanFT, Tricentis Tosca, and experience in Security and Performance Testing (JMeter).
Knowledge of TypeScript, Groovy programming languages, and experience in building an Automation framework based on TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or .NET, or any other language is essential.
Will receive training in other testing techniques during employment.
Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-learn new technology and take initiative.
Proficient in English language for communication, listening, reading, and writing.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new changes.

Create the firmware stack for a new project from the ground up, including selecting the operating system, setting up the toolchain, and developing the board support package. Develop firmware for real-time processing units across the project's hardware platform. Establish and maintain embedded Linux environments for onboard computing, including BSP setup, device tree configuration, kernel driver development, and userspace/kernel interfaces. Create and maintain low-level drivers for various components such as actuators, sensors, IMUs, and communication buses (CAN, EtherCAT, SPI, I2C, UART). Design real-time control loops with specific latency and determinism requirements. Work closely with different engineering teams to co-design hardware and firmware interfaces. Develop tooling for firmware flashing, diagnostics, and in-field debugging. Set and uphold firmware architecture standards, code quality practices, and review processes within the team.
