QA Engineer (Data Testing)

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a reputable company specializing in software development and IT consulting services

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of output through data pipeline, in line with business requirements and quality standards.
Create and manage automation test cases using Python and/or Java to simplify data validation processes.
Collaborate with data engineers, supporters, and other team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Engage in discussions, provide updates, and cooperate with team members in English on a daily basis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications Required:
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in data validation, data quality assurance, or similar roles.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global team environment.
Experience in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements within data pipelines.
Proficiency in writing and understanding scripts in Java and/or Python for data validation and automation tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Basic understanding of Maven, Git, and Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with Jenkins, Airflow, and TestNG for automation and workflow management.
Exposure to C++ is an advantage but not mandatory.
