Take charge of the technical direction for the Digital Sub-Domain, ensuring timely delivery of Sprint/SDLC epics and features. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to technology team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a high-performance team. Drive technical progress by focusing on enhancing speed, reducing costs, and improving quality, ensuring alignment within the squads on objectives and outcomes. Promote lean portfolio management across the Digital domains by connecting business roadmaps with software/platform delivery, overseeing agile, cross-functional teams to meet set targets, and addressing technical or delivery blockers that cannot be resolved at the squad level. Manage financials to ensure plan achievement and facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Develop a leading-edge capability by strategically deploying departmental resources to optimize resource allocation and drive successful Digital product development. Serve as an NICV expert and collaborate with NAB corporate IT leadership to drive innovation initiatives in AI, Cloud, and other relevant areas. Advise stakeholders on digital development, testing, deployment, and operation of Digital NAD services from the Vietnam Innovation Center. Fulfill any additional responsibilities delegated by your People Leader or an authorized representative of NAB Vietnam as needed.

Oversee QA delivery and performance across 10+ product lines, including test automation and performance testing. Lead and develop five team leads through goal setting, regular one-on-ones, performance management, and hiring, including onboarding two new hires. Set and manage team-level targets against the organisation's QA scorecard, focusing on measurable quality outcomes rather than test case counts. Manage daily QA operations within the release train model, covering defect lifecycle, test execution, triage, estimation, reviews, and reporting, while proposing improvements to the model. Strengthen team leads' specification review and estimation capabilities, enabling them to handle area-level scoping independently without VP involvement. Increase test automation coverage and engineer productivity while accelerating testing cycles without compromising coverage or confidence. Lead QA's analysis of escaped defects, ensuring customer issues drive process improvements. Collaborate with Support to identify recurring and high-impact issues and share insights across teams. Partner with Product and Development to assess requirements from a customer impact perspective and strengthen defect prevention. Prepare quarterly business reviews and present team performance metrics alongside the VP, who owns the QA narrative for executive leadership. Provide quality evidence to support the VP's release go/no-go decisions, without owning the final release decision.

Responsible for complete manual QA of web, mobile, and payment processes including functionality, integration, regression, exploratory testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop risk-based testing strategies for releases, including scoping, estimating, preparing test data, defining entry and exit criteria. Ensure seamless end-to-end flows across frontend, backend, and integrations with third-party systems, covering multiple countries, currencies, and payment methods. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, verifying payment lifecycle and handling of failures such as refunds, settlements, retries, idempotency, and webhooks. Manage defect reporting and triage, communicate quality status and risks effectively, and make evidence-based decisions on whether to proceed with releases. Enhance regression testing coverage and QA processes, fostering close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
