QA Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead a QA/Tester team.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including planning, establishing metrics, and applying best practices and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Your job is to define, implement test strategy, design tests, and execute manual tests as well as create automation test scripts for web-based, Mobile app products.
Analyze Business Requirements, create test plan & develops test cases, and automation scripts, and executes manual testing, and automated testing.
Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites for multi-projects.
Assists in the training/mentoring of other members.
Web Application Performance Testing and Security Testing.
Building and improving the testing process.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Over 4 years of experience in software testing (web-based applications, Desktop apps).
At least 1year of experience as a test team leader (manual, automated, performance).
Knowledge of testing techniques, and different types of testing.
Ability to organize and coordinate testing activities.
Have experience with performance testing, security testing.
Experience in using SQL queries to test data in database.
Prioritize is given to candidates who have experience with Automation testing.
Requires proficiency in English, working directly with foreign partners.
Careful, meticulous, and responsible at work.
Has good logical thinking, is able to work independently and teamwork.
Priority is given to candidates with test certificates.
Ability to motivate others and promote a positive working environment and working relationships.
Would be a plus:
Know the software development process (experience with Agile-Scrum is an advantage).
Have skills in planning/management and organizing the implementation of the plan/work arrangement.
