Create, document and implement comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile (iOS/Android) user processes. Ensure new features align with functional requirements, UI/UX specifications and cover edge cases. Record defects with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots/video capture and assess severity. Validate bug fixes, regressions and rollback scenarios across different environments (dev, QA, staging). Test mobile builds on real devices and emulators. Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, address unclear acceptance criteria and refine user stories. Update and maintain test plans, checklists and traceability matrices. Provide stakeholders with daily QA status and release-readiness risk reports.

Drive the technology roadmap and contribute to the overall architecture and key components design for the current and future framework. Serve as a mediator between speed and quality while coaching engineers to be T-shaped, versatile, and take responsibility outside their core discipline. Take ownership of addressing technical debt and staying updated with modern development technologies and methodologies. Be accountable for the entire life-cycle development process and the deliveries of a team. Encourage self-sufficiency and discipline within the product engineering team. Spearhead initiatives for implementing efficient development and delivery processes. Inspire the product team to strive for continuous delivery and innovation. Oversee the career path development for engineering team members, in collaboration with the HR department.

Engage with international stakeholders from various sectors and partners to accomplish project objectives Take accountability for meeting project targets and KPIs within specified deadlines, budget, and ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with program and project management, internal sub-project teams, external partners, and customers to establish project targets and provide regular project updates Assist in securing new customers by creating custom presentations related to software domains in close collaboration with project, product management, and sales Support the development process for Tier 2 suppliers to ensure successful implementation of projects, including applying project management tools and defining software development processes Participate in setting up an efficient software development process and defining interfaces to adapt to the customer-specific ACS project tool chain Collaborate with technical and business experts to define work products for the development team aligned with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and Automotive Chiplet System (ACS) platform requirements Assist in customer demonstrations and provide high-quality technical documentation for projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.
