Our client is a leading provider of data protection and site recovery solutions for virtualized environments

JOB DESCRIPTION

Take ownership of product quality and ensure that only production-ready features are released.
Lead and mentor QA engineers across manual and automation testing.
Drive test-case production at scale and implement regression strategies.
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Support teams to improve test coverage.
Contribute to the establishment and improvement of QA processes and continuous improvement efforts by tracking quality KPIs and testing effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 6 years of experience in software testing / quality engineering
Over 3 years of experience leading QA teams or working as a QA Lead
Capable of managing large test volumes, including creating and managing test cases for new features and regression testing
Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc., for enhancing QA mechanisms
Ability to estimate testing effort and drive the team to meet the estimate
Profound expertise in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, regression strategy, and Agile/Scrum workflows
Skilled in reviewing requirements and identifying testing risks in the early stages
Proficient troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience in mentoring junior and mid-level QA engineers
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with constantly changing priorities
Strong communication skills in English
SaaS or enterprise software experience
Experience with cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 ecosystems, backup/storage products, virtualization, or infrastructure-related software
Experience in enhancing release quality and reducing defect leakage
Proficiency in building automation frameworks or improving testing architecture
