JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Quality Control Analyst will work with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software using Agile processes. Responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, evaluating and enhancing the quality plan, coordinating quality aspects of projects, reviewing technical design documents, creating test plans and cases, conducting testing tasks, performing regression testing, conducting causal analysis, developing testing processes for new and existing products, liaising with internal teams and business users, and managing vendors on testing activities. This role will report directly to the PM/Scrum Master.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Testing or equivalent
Strong experience in planning, preparing, managing, controlling, and closing tests
Proficient in risk-based testing and structure-based testing, including Condition testing/Decision Coverage Testing, Exploring Testing, and testing software quality characteristics for effective test analysis, design, and execution.
Solid understanding of integration and information interchange between multiple systems/platforms and the ability to analyze, design, and execute test cases to maximize Integration Test Coverage.
Experience in quality control and management with a strong architectural understanding.
Proficiency in conducting tests on various platforms and technologies and the ability to detect and eliminate errors in a timely manner.
Proven track record of managing and overseeing the quality of work deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of the software development/testing process, especially software analysis & design and implementation workflow in Agile-Scrum projects.
Experience with User Acceptance Test and Production Support is desirable.
Background in Investment/Financial/Insurance is a plus.
Proficient in English writing and verbal communication.
Quality Control Professional certificates (ISTQB, etc.) are preferred.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in groups.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher is desired.
