Quality Assurance Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Objective:
Be Quality Assurance leader in software development projects, who takes accountabilities to ensure software quality meets project requirement and user's expectation
QA Leader will work with project teams to create and implement a detailed plan to ensure overall quality of products and applications of the project. He will be responsible for identifying quality risk as well as recommendation for Software Quality improvement across the Product life cycle
Responsibilities
Effectively and efficiently lead testing team in the projects in multiple locations to ensure software quality.
Enable continuous improvements through insightful quality reports and lessons learned.
Identify Quality Risk associated with the project, requirements, timelines, and address it to the stakeholders with a solution, suggestion on how to mitigate risk.
Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including business owner, development team.
Implement best practices testing process and tools.
Optimize existing testing process for different type of projects.
Drive and influence a culture of quality across all levels of projects
Define which testcases will benefit from automation test to improve software quality and testing efficiency. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

College or University degree and above in IT & related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing (functional and nonfunctional) (including Web application, Mobile Application, API testing, SQL)
Minium 2 years in Quality Assurance leader role.
Advanced knowledge in quality best practices, software testing methodologies (Test process, test technique, test type, tools...).
Basic knowledge in automation testing tools such as Postman, Jmeter, Selenium (a plus).
Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with related stakeholders
Ability to remain agile and work effectively with shifting priorities.
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Be a curious learner to enhance knowledge and experience in new technologies and testing best practices.

Shape how users discover, understand, and interact with data products across domains. Maintain UX standards in partnership with the customer-facing UX Design team. Take a deeply user-centric approach to drive change through intuitive and guided technology. Engage with end users to understand needs and gather insights. Integrate continuous feedback loops and iterate quickly to improve platform usability. Ensure all Mesh Experience features support adoption and reinforce the "data-as-a-product" mindset. Maintain active channels for communication and updates. Communicate expectations, standards, and timelines clearly. Highlight wins and success stories to build momentum. Curate relevant external content to support the transformation. Monitor progress of rollout, leader boards, and raise blockers with appropriate stakeholders. Utilize data to highlight platform adoption, culture change, wins, and challenges. Produce clear and compelling summaries on adoption progress for decision making. Manage end user feedback and be the link between users and the platform team.
