JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and lead the QA automation roadmap.
Implement and scale up-to-date test frameworks for mobile, web, API, and microservices.
Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines such as AWS Pipeline and Jenkins.
Drive test data strategy and prepare environments for automated runs.
Champion quality engineering from design to production.
Introduce shift-left testing, coach feature teams in writing reliable integration tests, component tests, API, and E2E tests.
Collaborate with the DevOps (Pipeline) Team to facilitate parallel test execution and expedite feedback loops.
Establish KPIs for test coverage, pass rate, defect leakage, and trend dashboards.
Provide valuable insights using tools like XRAY, TestRail, or custom dashboards.
Analyze failures to pinpoint issues and close quality gaps early in the process.
Lead and coach a growing automation QA team across the Portfolio.
Conduct pair testing sessions and QA guilds with engineering teams and the QA team to enhance skills and practices.
Offer transparent direction, feedback, and career guidance for the QA Team.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Security to align on quality objectives.
Ensure that automation efforts are scalable across the portfolio and platforms.
Lead initiatives to improve release confidence, cycle time, and regression resilience.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Extensive experience in test automation, including leadership roles.
Proficient in coding with JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar languages for creating test scripts.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or REST Assured.
Knowledge of BDD/TDD, service virtualization, and mocking/stubbing tools.
Exposure to Microservices, Event-driven architecture, and Serverless functions.
Strong advocate for utilizing test automation as a product enabler, transcending a purely QA function.
Experience working in highly-regulated environments such as banking, fintech, and payments is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, clarity, and accountability.
Effective communicator, motivator, and hands-on leader.
Comfortable challenging existing practices and introducing best practices.
Curious, analytical, and continuously improving the test strategy for enhanced coverage and speed.

Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of penetration testing activities across assigned projects. Define the penetration testing approach, test strategy, testing scope, priorities, timelines, and required evidence based on project and client requirements. Guide and mentor penetration testers or security engineers in testing methodology, vulnerability validation, reporting quality, and remediation discussions. Review vulnerability findings, risk ratings, evidence, and remediation recommendations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and practical value. Serve as the main technical point of contact for penetration testing activities, working with client stakeholders, security teams, development teams, DevOps, infrastructure teams, and compliance teams. Facilitate vulnerability walkthroughs, risk clarification sessions, remediation discussions, and retesting alignment with relevant stakeholders. Support estimation, planning, status tracking, issue escalation, and delivery reporting for security testing activities. Contribute to improving security testing processes, reporting templates, testing checklists, knowledge sharing, and reusable testing practices. Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements by providing security testing evidence, reports, remediation status, and technical clarification when needed.
