JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality Strategy & Leadership: Creating and implementing testing strategies aligned with business goals to ensure products meet functional, performance, and security criteria. Mentoring QA analysts is also part of this responsibility.
Test Planning & Execution: Developing and overseeing comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Process Improvement & Best Practices: Analyzing, refining, and optimizing testing methodologies, incorporating automation where applicable, enhancing test coverage, and establishing best practices for improved efficiency.
Client & Business Understanding: Seeking to understand client needs and business objectives to ensure that quality assurance efforts align with user expectations and product goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires more than 7 years of experience in QA or combined programming and QA.
Proficiency in manually testing websites, mobile apps, and device-driven software using various techniques.
Familiarity with Accessibility Testing and Compatibility Testing. Experience with corporate branding projects focusing on UI & UX; "pixel-perfect" design and implementation experience is a bonus.
Knowledge of Test Automation; prior experience in Performance Testing and Security Testing is advantageous.
Familiarity with CMS and website builder tools is a plus.
Thorough understanding of all web browsers and different mobile device functionalities, versions, and market share.
Ability to write basic code like HTML and CSS
Understanding of agile methodologies, such as Lean, Agile and/or Scrum. Emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, exploratory, and risk-based testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, enthusiasm for technical challenges, and a growth mindset.
