JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the QE team by providing guidance and support
Ensure that all products meet the business requirements
Maintain product and software quality
Work within a specific delivery squad following the scrum model and delivery governance
Participate in Progressive Elaboration sessions, software design, and development
Address any quality-related issues and escalate them to the appropriate forum
Oversee the adherence to quality standards and processes by QEs in various delivery squads
Participate in software development processes, including code review and troubleshooting
Accountable for the quality of all QE deliveries
Assess the quality of deliverables and user stories in the delivery squad
Approach defects with a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) mindset and conduct root cause analysis
JOB REQUIREMENT
8-12 years of experience in quality engineering and a strong focus on software testing.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Skilled in automation testing tools and similar technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in creating UI and API/Backend Automation Frameworks and Test Suites using various tools and technologies.
Familiarity with cloud and CI/CD, including AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
Extensive experience in functional testing across different phases of software development life cycle and in CI/CD projects.
Proficient in creating and maintaining test beds and documentation.
Strong knowledge of software development, design, and system architecture.
Experienced in leading small teams and displaying leadership qualities.
