JOB DESCRIPTION

The role is pivotal in researching new alphas through data application in financial markets. Researchers use tested processes to discover high-quality predictive signals. These signals are mathematical expressions of data utilized in quantitative models.
Seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Quantitative Researcher. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of investment research to develop computer-based models predicting global financial market movements. While prior finance experience is not mandatory, candidates should possess a keen interest in learning about finance and global markets. A research scientist mindset, self-starting nature, creativity, and perseverance in problem-solving are preferred attributes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Ph.D. or M.S. degree in a quantitative or highly analytical field
Attained a high ranking in the bachelor's degree class
Proficient in C/C++ programming on a Unix/Linux platform
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Excellent English language skills
Possession of an international or regional Mathematical Olympiad medal is advantageous
