JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications utilizing React Native.
Work closely with clients in the US to comprehend project needs, offer technical expertise, and guarantee successful project completion.
Plan and execute robust and adaptable React Native mobile solutions.
Establish and execute the mobile development strategy, covering technology stack, architecture, and industry best practices.
Offer guidance and direction to a team of React Native developers, nurturing an environment of innovation and excellence.
Coordinate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Improve application performance, scalability, and overall user experience.
Uphold code quality, sustainability, and adherence to best practices.
Keep updated on the latest advancements and trends in React Native and mobile development.
Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure application stability.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Advanced proficiency in English is required to communicate with clients and participate in online conferences.
An estimated 7+ years of experience is preferred, with consideration for individual learning pace and technical development.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum, is essential.
Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary.
Demonstrated expertise as a React Native lead with a track record of successfully delivering mobile applications.
In-depth knowledge of React Native, JavaScript, and related libraries (e.g., React Navigation, Redux, Expo).
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills are required.
Proficiency in native platform development (iOS and Android) is an added advantage.
