JOB DESCRIPTION

Identifying client requirement with Customer Solutions Department

Searching and building up candidates database

Calling, meeting and following up candidates to utilize their skills and build long-term relationship

Consulting and introducing suitable opportunities offered by the clients to candidates

Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond

Getting feedback from candidates, clients and colleagues to improve continuously

Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduated from University

At least 1 year of working experience in any field, open fresher

Passion to become a Recruitment Consultant in the IT industry

Result-oriented and money-oriented

Hard-working and willing to learn

Integrity and Straight-talk

Optional - prefer Information Technology background
