JOB DESCRIPTION
Consultant
Identifying client requirements with Customer Solutions Department
Searching and building up candidates database
Calling, meeting, and following up with candidates to utilize their skills and build long-term relationship
Consulting and introducing suitable opportunities offered by the clients to candidates
Managing the process through getting vacancies, interview to offer stage, and beyond
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Mentoring the juniors and newcomers when needed
Lead
Managing a team of 4-5 Recruitment Consultants in achieving individual KPIs and target revenue
Ensuring Recruitment Consultants' growth through assistance and training
Working with high-level candidates and hiring positions with a strong understanding of both sides
Acquiring new clients and ensuring their satisfaction and expectations
JOB REQUIREMENT
Consultant
Graduated from University
At least 1 year of working experience in any field, prefer commercial field
Passion to become Recruitment Consultant in tech industry
Result-oriented and money-oriented
Hard-working and willing to learn
Integrity and Commitment
Optional - prefer Information Technology background
Lead
At least 1 year of working experience in management position of a sales or recruitment team
Good adaptability to fast-paced work, and changes in a startup environment
