JOB DESCRIPTION

Take ownership of ACD focused outcomes and execute the responsibilities of this role purpose statement.
Establish and polish process documentation.
Contribute as an Individual Contributor to evaluate the quality and preparedness of colleague requests and drive your own set of colleague engagements to their resolution or completion.
Automate manual activities and enhance the overall IAM control consistency and coverage across the organization.
Collaborate with various technology and business teams/areas to gain a deeper understanding of challenges and improvement opportunities, while maintaining a focus on risk and control.
Comprehend the Risk, Audit and Compliance policy.
Be an established team player willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff across various lines of business.
Demonstrate attention to detail and exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Provide feedback on ACD initiatives and colleague engagements to enhance processes.
Report to Manager, ACD, and provide assistance and support to peer Senior Security Analysts as required.
This role does not have direct reports in a formal HR sense; however, it does encompass oversight of security analysts' work and peer mentoring.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in a high-paced and dynamic team environment.
Exposure to various technologies utilized in financial institutions such as SailPoint Identity IQ, banking, and payment systems.
Previous experience in an IT role is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in IAM/cybersecurity, with strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a personal workload effectively.
Desired experience includes:
Low-code or scripting familiarity, for example Python, PowerShell, Power Apps
Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ
Engaging with stakeholders and possessing strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the following technologies is expected:
SailPoint IIQ (myID)
Service Management ticketing platforms and processes, such as Service Now (Service NAB)
Microsoft Active Directory
Tools for collaboration and reporting, like Confluence
Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell
Automation/orchestration/repository tools, like Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub.

Conduct authorized penetration testing for various digital platforms, including web applications, mobile applications, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud environments. Define the penetration testing approach, test strategy, testing scope, priorities, timelines, and required evidence based on project and client requirements. Guide and mentor penetration testers or security engineers in testing methodology, vulnerability validation, reporting quality, and remediation discussions. Review vulnerability findings, risk ratings, evidence, and remediation recommendations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and practical value. Serve as the main technical point of contact for penetration testing activities, working with client stakeholders, security teams, development teams, DevOps, infrastructure teams, and compliance teams. Facilitate vulnerability walkthroughs, risk clarification sessions, remediation discussions, and retesting alignment with relevant stakeholders. Support estimation, planning, status tracking, issue escalation, and delivery reporting for security testing activities. Contribute to improving security testing processes, reporting templates, testing checklists, knowledge sharing, and reusable testing practices. Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements by providing security testing evidence, reports, remediation status, and technical clarification when needed.
