Sales Executive


Purpose of the Job
Identification and acquisition of potential new customers and direct partners in Vietnam and perform sales activities for existing and new products & Solutions.
Build and maintain an excellent customer relationship to engage with customers/ direct partners and secure future business opportunities. Manage sales and track product inventory of our distributors.
Incumbents must possess excellent communication skills and reach out to potential customers through effective channels.
Key Accountabilities
Channel Sales Management
Tracking of sales forecast, Purchase Order, Partner's Inventory, Project pipeline registration of Partners.
To have a regular visit and approach partners to follow up on the monthly theme 's activity and collect feedback.
Responsible for all channel management in Hanoi and North Vietnam.
Manage sales and inventory of Tier 1 Partner
Increase purchase order (PO) to achieve sales Forecast by channel.
Weekly engagement with Tier1, Tier2 partners and engagement of new Tier 2 System Integrator (SI).
Create strategies to build royalty, engage and maintain close relationships with existing Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Increase new pipeline and follow up pipeline with all channels and report to Head of Sales.
Study new products and promote them across all channels.
Conduct market analysis on competitor price in the market and report to Head of Sales.
Co-ordinate technical support between partners and System Engineering function of pre-sales and post-sales
Business Development (Direct Approach)
Study new products and work with partners to promote Our Client's products by approaching end users.
Work closely with partners to support projects and create sales to generate POs.
Create new project pipeline and follow up on weekly basis.
Report all new pipelines and update existing pipelines status to Head of Sales on weekly basis.
Approach consultant and designer to promote Our Client's products by including in vendor list and spec in new project.
Co-ordinate with SE team to make proposal, presentation and system design for end users.
Create and drive effective marketing activities to generate new inquiry and increase brand awareness from potential end users.
Collaborate with Regional marketing team to create event and sales tools in VN. (Exhibition, Productlaunching, PR news, Social media, Catalog, leaflet, etc.)
Engineering Support
Provide pre and post-sales support in Our Client's products
Ensure quality customer service by keeping oneself updated with products' technical functionalities andfeatures.
Collaborate and work as a team with Our Client's sales and engineering team to grow the business andachieve the BP target as a group.
Key Figures
Assigned sales focused across Vietnam and assisting reporting manager to drive sales growth. In FY23, focus on developing new channels in global SI, guarding companies and direct end users.


Education & Experiences
Minimum a Degree in Sales/ Business/ Administration / Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience dealing with IT products in channel sales.
At least 2 years' experience in Direct sales with End users for projects.
Charismatic, confident, and proactive in driving sales and managing customers' expectations.
Able to multi-task and with good time management
A hunter who is driven to penetrate new markets and customer to create new project pipelines.
Able to engage with channel's partners and create activity to increase sales.
A fast learner who is keen to learn about new technology development and innovation.
A good reporting to manager and positive idea to solve a problem.
Good knowledge in security products such as Security Solution system, Ai technology and Video management software.
Competencies, Skills &Knowledge
Possess solid and credible relationships with key decision makers in the region.
Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
A good reporting to manager and positive idea to solve a problem.
Working hard and able to work under pressure.
Strong business level English, written and conversational
