JOB DESCRIPTION

Reach out to potential clients in hospitals, clinics, and corporate settings to advocate for our laboratory testing services
Devise and execute sales strategies to surpass revenue objectives
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Engage in negotiations and secure agreements with clients
Stay updated on industry developments and competitive actions to adapt strategies
Coordinate with internal teams on specific initiatives
Produce client reports and sales predictions for management purposes

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
Skills in account management, negotiation, communication, sales planning, and reporting are essential
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or account management
Desired qualities include being client-oriented, results-driven, proactive, professional, and adaptable
The role involves working in a high-pressure environment which requires a focus and adaptability
Previous experience working in a Korean company is preferred
An understanding of the healthcare industry is beneficial
