JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Execution & Strategic Growth (50%)
Key Account Acquisition: Personally approach, negotiate, and close deals with large merchant groups, franchises, and multi-location retail chains.
Ecosystem Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to pitch additional financial products (e.g., SME Loans, Lending solutions) built on our POS ecosystem.
Revenue Protection: Master the payment processing fees (MDR structures) and hardware technicalities to provide competitive and profitable solutions to merchants.
Quality Control: Ensure all onboarded merchants are legitimate and comply with compliance standards, minimizing post-audit risks for the Accounting/Risk teams.
Team Leadership & Talent Retention (30%)
Field Coaching & Shadowing: Spend at least 40% of time on the field with Sales Staff, providing real-time "objection handling" coaching to ensure they pass their probation period.
Accountability for Retention: Directly responsible for the Sales Retention Rate. Analyze reasons for early departures and implement countermeasures to stabilize the team.
Culture Building: Foster an "Ownership Mindset" within the team where performance is measured by results, not just hours spent in the office.
Process Management & Data Hygiene (20%)
CRM Enforcement: Lead by example by using CRM systems daily. Ensure the "No Lead in CRM = No Result" policy is enforced across the group.
Administrative Accuracy: Conduct preliminary reviews of Merchant Service Agreements (MSAs) to eliminate errors before submission, reducing the workload and bottleneck for the Back-office/Accounting teams.
Analytical Reporting: Provide weekly reports for the Head of Sales, focusing on conversion rates (Leads to Activated Terminals) and identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience within Fintech, Merchant Payment Solutions, SME Banking (CIB), or O2O E-commerce.
Proven track record with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role (Lead, Supervisor, or Team Manager) managing 5+ staff.
Knowledge and Hard Skills:
Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal ERPs) and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of Card-not-present/Present, POS terminal hardware, and Merchant acquiring processes.
Negotiation Mastery: Ability to discuss pricing structures and financial lending terms with C-level stakeholders of merchants.
Competency & Attitude:
Resilience: Strong mental stamina to handle high-pressure KPIs and market fluctuations.
The Builder Mindset: Eagerness to build processes from scratch and optimize them in a fast-paced environment.
Integrity: Absolute transparency in data reporting and business dealings.
