JOB DESCRIPTION

Acquiring key accounts such as large merchant groups, franchises, and multi-location retail chains through negotiation and deal closure.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional financial products within the POS ecosystem.
Mastering payment processing fees and hardware technicalities to provide competitive solutions to merchants.
Ensuring compliance with standards and minimizing post-audit risks for the Accounting/Risk teams.
Coaching and shadowing the sales staff in the field to provide real-time coaching.
Taking accountability for the Sales Retention Rate and implementing measures to stabilize the team.
Building a culture of ownership within the team and focusing on performance results.
Enforcing the use of CRM systems and ensuring compliance with the "No Lead in CRM = No Result" policy.
Conducting preliminary reviews of Merchant Service Agreements to eliminate errors.
Providing weekly reports focusing on conversion rates and identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of sales experience in areas such as Fintech, Merchant Payment Solutions, SME Banking (CIB), or O2O E-commerce.
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably managing a team of at least 5 staff for 1-2 years.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal ERPs) and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
Familiarity with Card-not-present/Present, POS terminal hardware, and Merchant acquiring processes.
Ability to negotiate pricing structures and financial lending terms with merchants' C-level stakeholders.
Ability to handle high-pressure KPIs and market fluctuations.
Desire to build and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to transparency in data reporting and business dealings.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to enhance inbound/outbound marketing, utilizing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to target high-value prospects and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Develop industry-specific offerings for sectors where the organization has proven expertise. Refine the organization's value proposition, emphasizing offshore software development, Western management, cost competitiveness, speed, and technical depth. Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, cloud providers, consulting firms, PE funds, venture studios, and industry ecosystems to create referral channels and co-selling models. Build a robust Customer Success and Account Management function to increase retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Introduce structured account plans, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and satisfaction tracking to build long-term strategic partnerships. Audit & Analyze: Review the current revenue base, client portfolio, sales process, pipeline, pricing, margins, marketing assets, CRM usage, and partnership channels. Define the Blueprint: Establish priority market segments, top service-line offers, ideal customer profiles, revenue targets, sales organization design, and a 12-month GTM plan. Deliver the Foundation: Within the first 100 days, deploy a clear revenue dashboard, a prioritized target-account list, improved sales materials, a pipeline-generation plan, and an operating rhythm for sales execution and monthly executive reporting.
