Scrum Master

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work closely with stakeholders in the region to gather requirements, manage expectations and deliver products to market
Prepare, plan and lead scrum teams and meetings with product and engineering teams
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the technical team while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones
Hold a regular technical team meeting to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports
Make sure that all required projects are completed and reviewed
Provide project improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong written and verbal English.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field
2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Ability to manage agile teams and projects
Ability to work under pressure and complete the project on the given deadline
Ability to establish a healthy working relationship within the organization
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Exhibit exceptional time management skills and have an eye for detail
