JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide guidance and leadership to a team working within Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Support the team in taking ownership of their work and fostering collaboration.
Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and remove obstacles to progress.
Help the team navigate the Agile framework and address any gaps.
Address conflicts and challenges that arise during the project.
Foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Manage project activities across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure phases.
Ensure adherence to software development standards and resolve risks and conflicts to maintain quality throughout the project.
Lead and motivate the development team, provide feedback and mentorship, and develop team competencies.
Implement training processes and strategies for team members.
Collaborate with international partners to prioritize projects and product roadmaps.
Engage with a diverse global client base and collaborate with international professionals.
Receive comprehensive training in technical, linguistic, and soft skill areas.
Access career advancement opportunities through regular performance reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Holds a BS. Degree in a computer-related field.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in Agile.
Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Has at least 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in an international context.
Possesses the ability to analyze and problem-solve efficiently, as well as resolve conflicts.
Adaptable to changing environments and knowledgeable in techniques to address gaps in the scrum.
Has diverse leadership styles and is dedicated to team performance and growth through self-organization.
Skilled in time-management and working in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
Exhibits analytical, computer, math, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using and explaining software is crucial.
Experience with Jira or similar Agile execution and CI/CD is valuable.
Certification in Scrum is beneficial.

Senior Scrum Master
