JOB DESCRIPTION

Our team is dedicated to creating a new line of apps known for their reliability and scalability, utilizing modern engineering practices. You will be joining a team of talented software engineers responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our new platform and customer channels. As a team member, your responsibilities will include implementing software features, participating in technical design, and writing tests to ensure high-quality product delivery. The teams operate in a Scrum and DevOps model.
The Scrum Master plays a critical role in ensuring optimal workflow and delivery. They are expected to set the pace for delivery, plan and forecast upcoming deliverables, and approach their work with pragmatism. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent English speaking and writing skills, foster transparent relationships with stakeholders, excel in presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship, demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, influence cross-functional teams and leadership, assertiveness, and inspire high-energy within the delivery team. Candidates should also have experience leading small teams while remaining hands-on.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience as a Scrum Master.
Responsible for overseeing the quality of agile ceremonies like daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
Capable of offering constructive and timely feedback to delivery team members and stakeholders.
Proficient in resolving conflicts within or between delivery teams and stakeholders.
Able to negotiate priorities and timelines with stakeholders.
Setting the pace for delivery and motivating teams to excel.
Ensuring that the delivery team commits to their definition of done.
Visual representation and management of work in the sprint such as card walls and burn-up charts.
