JOB DESCRIPTION

Our team is dedicated to creating new digital financial platforms and apps using modern engineering practices. We are looking for talented software engineers to join our Digital Bank Build team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for implementing software features, participating in technical designs, and ensuring high-quality delivery of the product. The teams operate in Scrum and DevOps models.
 
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technical Scrum Master to build a new scrum team for the delivery of one of our new fintech products. The Technical Scrum Master will be responsible for setting the pace for delivery, proactive planning and forecasting of upcoming deliverables, and influencing the delivery approach.
 
We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent English speaking and writing skills, as well as the ability to foster an open, honest, and transparent relationship with key stakeholders. The candidate should have excellent presentation and facilitation, coaching and mentorship skills, strong stakeholder management and communications experience, ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership, assertiveness, and enthusiasm to bring high energy to the delivery team. The candidate should also have previous experience leading small teams while still being hands-on.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Prior experience as a Scrum Master for 4+ years is required.
Responsible for overseeing the quality of agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
Capable of delivering constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Addressing conflicts within and between the delivery team and stakeholders.
Proficiency in negotiating priorities and timelines with stakeholders.
Setting the pace for delivery and motivating teams for success.
Ensuring the delivery team adheres to their definition of done.
Visual representation and management of work in the sprint using methods like card walls and burn-up charts.
Managing the MSL and ensuring its proper maintenance, with up-to-date stories ready for sprint inclusion.
Knowledge of the following areas: Mobile, Java Backend, microservices, AWS Cloud, Quality Assurance and Automation Testing, DevOps and Continuous Delivery.
