JOB DESCRIPTION

We are working on the development of Saas products and services, which involves a wide range of tasks to be handled. As a part of the team, you will face various technical and business challenges daily. Some examples of these challenges are listed below, with the expectation that you will find them intriguing:
Enhancing performance, such as addressing slow database queries and high latency API issues
Formulating microservice designs, including domain-driven design and decoupling services
Implementing asynchronous processing
Monitoring and logging services
Providing support to large enterprises with extensive records
Implementing pay-as-you-go pricing models
Handling domain boundary context
Developing business-to-business applications from scratch, handling sizable volumes of data
Architecting complex systems, including establishing API connectivity with external systems
Swiftly addressing system failures or irregularities through monitoring and notifications
Enhancing continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
Introducing tools, systems, and development practices for improved efficiency
Cultivating the fundamental skills of team members
Leading a development team of seven or more members using Agile/Scrum methodologies and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Prior experience in Java/Kotlin development and application operation in a production environment
Proficiency in developing B2B applications and improving application performance
Knowledge of Agile development and a strong product mindset
Familiarity with container-based development (Docker, docker-compose, Kubernetes)
Ability to write comprehensive and maintainable test code
Experience in using, designing, and building GraphQL Web Service APIs
Extensive expertise with Spring framework: Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud
Understanding of Domain Driven Development and Onion Architecture
Strong grasp of SQL (MySQL) and no-SQL design/optimization and ORM
Experience with Microservices
3+ years of experience in leading a team of 7+ engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Proficient in English verbal communication
Capability to review technical architecture, provide solutions for technical problems, and train junior members
Familiarity with Terraform (IaC)
Experience in the role of a scrum master
Exposure to working in a multi-cultural environment
Proficiency in building and maintaining application infrastructure on AWS
