JOB DESCRIPTION

CV Formatting & Documentation
Format candidates' CVs according to company standards.
Maintain accurate and well-structured candidate records.
Format JDs Public format version on website company professionally and effectively.
Office Administration
Manage meeting room bookings, incoming/outgoing calls, and deliveries.
Adequate supplies of stationery, beverages, and essentials.
Supervise cleaning staff to ensure a neat, clean, and safe office environment.
Remind employees to maintain shared office hygiene and etiquette.
Event Organization
Plan and organize internal employee engagement events.
Coordinate logistics for external company events, ensuring smooth execution.
Internal Communications
Act as a point of contact for company-wide communications.
Disseminate internal announcements, policies, and updates to staff effectively.
Other tasks are assigned by the company.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Manage the company's Facebook page.
Collaborate cross-functionally to publish content that promotes company branding and activities.
HR Coordination Support
Support HR in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates).
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain HR records and documents as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduated from the University
2-3 years of working experience in any field, preferably in administration, HR support, or office management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
