Senior AI Solution Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer who can help drive customer success and build lasting relationships by providing effective AI solutions. In this role, you will guide customers through their AI journey and ensure that our product offerings meet their needs and objectives. You will need to balance innovation with practical impact by designing, implementing, and deploying solutions that maximize business value. Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships strategically to ensure success, act as a key advocate, and align our product capabilities with their objectives while actively mitigating project risks.
Stay updated on the latest AI trends and engage in designing AI systems for industrial applications.
Collaborate with customers to define problem statements, design impactful solutions, translate needs into actionable tasks, and oversee project lifecycles, including roadmap planning, execution, and quality assurance.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to efficiently develop and deliver solutions within set deadlines.
Provide customers with customized technical solutions and training to enhance the impact and value of the solutions provided.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Previous experience in customer success or account management within a tech environment, with a preference for experience in AI or machine learning contexts.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficient in project management and effective communication.
Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into detailed technical strategies.
Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to make strategic decisions.
In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including AI system development, machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and deployment of AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in start-ups or dynamic tech environments.
Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud services.
Proven success in enhancing customer relationships and expanding business opportunities.
Knowledge of industrial AI applications and associated challenges.
Education:
A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with a specialization in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is preferred. However, candidates with a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in AI or machine learning, or equivalent professional achievements, are strongly encouraged to apply.
